Emperor Champagne Club is Singapore’s first and only champagne club, offering two tiers of subscription membership and an array of features and benefits. The Champagne Lovers membership, which provides you with One bottle of champagne delivered monthly, the Champagne Connoisseurs membership, which entitles you to Two bottles of champagne delivered monthly, and the Collectors which entitles you to Three bottles per month including a highly collectable cuvee. Membership will be open from Thursday 15 August 2019. Simply head to www.emperorchampagne.asia/membership and select the tier you would like to join.
Currently all shipping is included in your monthly membership for Singapore delivery.
Unfortunately at this point we only offer shipping to Singapore
If you feel that the club is no longer for you, that’s no problem. Just email us at email@example.com and we will cancel the your subscription. Please allow for one calendar month from cancellation date for processing time.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team on firstname.lastname@example.org Monday to Saturday 9am – 5pm SGT or Contact Us. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.
If you open your bottle and note that the wine is corked please contact us for a replacement. A replacement will take approximately 7 days as we will need to authorize a replacement with the importer.
Corked wines will be replaced on Lover and Connoisseur bottles. Unfortunately due to the nature of collectible wines, Collector bottles can not be replaced, but we will endeavour to find an alternative solution
Corked wine is natural and you may notice an aroma of wet cardboard, or a dusty, mouldy smell. Sometimes this is subtle and sometimes it is strong. If your Champagne smells fine but has no bubbles, try rinsing your flutes with hot water to make sure there is not detergent residue as this can be a bubble killer!
Please contact our team via email or phone with your corked bottle and we will contact the importer and have it replaced. Please note you will need to send the cork back to us for a replacement bottle.
